About The Author

David Parker Mitchell is a businessman-pastor who has spent 45 years in ministry and 33 as Senior Pastor of Park Meadows Church in Corsicana, Texas.

He co-founded Park Meadows Academy and TRADEway, a Christian investment education company that integrates biblical principles with modern economics.

Before entering ministry, Mitchell earned his MBA and managed a family oil business passed down through five generations. He and his wife, Charlotte, later founded Exos Aerospace, and TRADEway.  (He has never taken a salary from the church.)  Today, he continues the legacy of marketplace evangelism, teaching believers how to bridge the Sunday–Monday gap and live out their faith in all areas of life. Pastor Mitchell also stresses the importance of biblical methodology, especially in the area of the idea of the family business.
